Chris brings over 30 years of experience to the landscape industry, with a degree in Horticulture from Spartanburg Community College. He holds multiple certifications and founded Envirocare in 1994 while still in high school—leading its steady growth ever since. Deeply committed to both his profession and his community, Chris serves on the South Carolina Green Board, has previously served on the Fountain Inn Chamber Board, and regularly volunteers his time locally. He leads by example, taking pride in the craftsmanship and consistency behind Envirocare’s work, and is passionate about serving and beautifying the community he calls home, continuing to guide Envirocare as a premier landscape company in the Upstate.
Russell
General Manager
Russell brings nearly 20 years of experience in landscape management and has been a key leader at Envirocare for over a decade. He holds an Associate degree in Horticulture and a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass from Clemson University, along with certifications as a South Carolina Certified Landscape Professional and Pesticide Applicator. Known for his strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, Russell ensures clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. He is passionate about the green industry, sharing, “I love working in the green industry because it gives me a chance to be outdoors as much as possible. I really enjoy having a role in helping customers maximize the potential of their property, whether through landscape maintenance or a landscape installation.”
Jimmy
Account Manager
Jimmy joined our team in 2020 with over 20 years of experience in the green industry. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Turfgrass Management from the College of Southern Nevada and is a South Carolina Certified Landscape Professional. With a strong background in both golf course management and landscape services, Jimmy brings a deep understanding of quality and consistency to every property he oversees. He is especially proud of his teams and the properties they serve, and is known for delivering excellent customer support. In recognition of his commitment to service, Jimmy was the recipient of Envirocare’s first-ever “ELMY Award” for superior customer service in 2021.
Erin
Business Operations Manager
Erin brings over 20 years of administrative experience, beginning her career in the nonprofit sector where she developed a strong appreciation for green spaces, well-maintained properties, and customer relationships. She holds an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. At Envirocare, Erin plays a vital role in keeping operations organized and on track, working closely with both clients and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly. She is especially passionate about supporting employees sharing, “I enjoy working with our employees from hiring to open enrollment. I want them to know they are valued and the reason that we are excellent at what we do.” Erin’s impact on improving internal processes earned her Envirocare’s second-ever “ELMY Award.”

Account Manager
Tim brings over 10 years of experience in the green industry, with a strong background in landscape maintenance, installations, and irrigation. As a South Carolina Certified Landscape Professional, he combines technical knowledge with a commitment to quality in every aspect of his work. For more than three years at Envirocare, Tim has consistently delivered top-notch customer service while supporting his team to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. He takes pride in the finished product, sharing, “I really like looking at a recently maintained property where all pruning and landscape beds are in perfect condition and the turf is mowed with straight, crisp lines,” and is known for his attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
Tanner
Project Manager
Tanner serves as a Project Manager at Envirocare, bringing nearly 10 years of experience in the green industry. He holds an Associate degree in Horticulture from Spartanburg Community College and is a Certified Landscape Professional through the Clemson Extension program. Tanner offers expertise in managing large-scale landscape projects from start to finish. He is passionate about transforming outdoor spaces, sharing, “I love to be outdoors and make outdoor spaces come to life. The process of starting with dirt and ending with a beautiful landscape is my favorite part,” and is known for delivering high-quality results while keeping projects running smoothly.
Jake
Enhancement Manager
Jake brings over 7 years of landscape experience and plays a key role in leading multiple crews, from our award-winning annual flower installations to creating exceptional curb appeal across the properties we serve. Known for his strong leadership and customer service skills, Jake is committed to delivering the best possible results by fostering a positive and productive work environment for his team. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of the industry, sharing, “Every day and every job is different, and I thoroughly enjoy seeing a job go from nothing to something in what feels like no time—even if it takes months.” He values Envirocare’s strong, family-like culture and enjoys being part of a supportive team that makes coming to work rewarding.
Ethan
Account Manager
Ethan has been with Envirocare since 2019 and holds a degree in Construction Engineering & Management. After beginning his career in the construction industry, he discovered a passion for landscaping and has become a valuable member of the team. Starting as a crew leader, Ethan developed a strong understanding of Envirocare’s properties, standards, and expectations, which continues to serve him well in his current role. He is a Certified Landscape Professional and has furthered his expertise with a Horticultural Certificate from Alamance, along with advanced training in Rain Bird IQ4 systems and Rain Bird electrical and two-wire troubleshooting. Ethan’s technical background and hands-on experience allow him to solve customer challenges quickly and professionally while delivering high-quality results. He shares, “The rapid growth and high demand for our services motivate both me and my crew to work hard every day. I also appreciate the work-life balance this field offers, as it allows me to get outdoors and use my design skills to install landscapes throughout the Upstate.”
